TIM GARNER offers FREE UK returns on full price stock, one free returns label per order, thereafter at the purchaser's cost and responsibility.  Reduced price stock can also be returned but at the purchaser's cost and responsibility.  When the purchaser is returning items at their responsibility we strongly recommend items are returned using the Royal Mail's Signed For service and that proof of posting be obtained. Please return your items in the packaging they were delivered to you in, including the white outer plastic covering if possible and ensure your package is completely sealed to protect the goods.  

Returned items must be in their original packaging, be unworn, be fully saleable with all labels attached and in their original condition.  We will provide a refund as long as our terms and conditions are met.  Full price items will be refunded to include our shipping costs.  Sale items will be refunded to exclude our shipping costs. 

All returns to be made within 28 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed, once received.
